Rental Policy

Payment

We will accept Cash, Certified funds and personal checks (30 days prior to arrival)

Reservations

We will hold your reservation for 10 days.

Reservation down payment of 50% is due 10 days after placing your reservation.  (If we do not receive your down payment your reservation will be cancelled)

Balance due 4 weeks prior to your arrival. (NO personal checks will be accepted less than 30 days prior to your reservation start date.  Please pay by money order or certified funds.

Vacation rentals are subject to a 7%North Carolina sales tax and a 6% Carolina Beach room tax.

Reservation Change Fee

A change fee of $25.00 per every change of dates to the original reservation date.

Security Deposit

·        A security deposit of $200.00 is required.  Any damages and missing items will result in a deduction.  Your security deposit will be refunded by mail within 21 days of your departure.

Check – In 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM

·        Please 1-910-297-8488 the day before arrival to receive special instructions and to make arrangements for late arrival.

Check – Out by 10:00 AM

·        Late check out will in a $25.00 per hour additional charge.

Cancellations

·        Money will be refunded (less a 10% administration fee) if the unit is re-rented for the cancelled period

·        No money will be refunded if the unit is not re-rented.

Restrictions
Any violation of the restrictions below will be grounds for
termination of the lease without any refund.

NO GRILLING on decks or porches

NO FISH Cleaning

NO SMOKING

Telephone

The telephone in the unit is restricted to local outgoing calls.
Incoming calls are not restricted.
